Lakeridge is a great place to live! If you need ANYTHING just give the wonderful staff (Tamera, Nicki, Cintia or Julio) ... a call and it will be taken care of in a very timely manner. The amenities are excellent and the grounds are always cared for especially if you are a single female because the staff makes sure the property is well lit at all times. They make sure you are safe, secure and taken care of 100% of the time. I would and have recommended the property to friends and family. I’m in love with this apartment tbh. I’ve lived in the 2 apartments beside us, Water Ridge and Town Lake with my ex, I’ll ... mark this as the best. Office staffs are nice ! Especially Nikky! Bless her little pumpkin heart ?? Response to maintenance requests is very prompt, I mean very very prompt!!! Maintenance guys are very nice , friendly and respectful. Apartment is quite safe too. I get parcesl delivered while I’m away for one or 2 weeks. I come back & meets them intact in front of my door! Kudos guys ! I have been having an amazing experience so far with Lake Ridge. It’s a quiet place/area. It’s off of every major intersection. ... Not only that the complex is amazing. I have lived here now for almost my full lease term. Most of the staff are as kind as can be and are so amazing to work with. ... They are located 10 minutes from my office, so the location couldn't be better. The value is amazing for being right by the airport. The only things that I wish would be changed is that there was a dog park put into one of the clearings. Perhaps the one in front of the laundry room where there are already doggie bags. And that the hot tub hadn't been cemented over. I understand that it is a lot of upkeep though for the hot tub. Each resident gets a covered spot, which has made sure that late at night when I get home, I do not have to walk across a dark apartment complex to get home. The maintenance is almost always there when they say they will be. If something comes up that is a higher priority, they are there as soon as they can be. The only real noise is from people driving up and down the street next to the complex. All around, a great place to live. and I will be renewing my lease.
